President

As a former Human Resources leader at industry icons such as Wells Fargo, US WEST and Amoco, Eric was a frequent user of executive search and human resources consulting. He saw a need for a more integrated approach to talent management and craved a higher level of service than he was getting from traditional service providers. Feeling that there should be something better, he ventured into the entrepreneurial realm and started Integrated People Solutions. Through strong results and word of mouth, he was able to develop a stable of industry leading clients. His work with firms such as ServiceMaster, Waste Management, and State Farm has earned him the highest regard among clients and peers. His work in the human resources, supply chain, and customer loyalty areas has been recognized as top notch. As an example, Eric worked with his team to help build Waste Management’s Procurement team which won Purchasing Magazine’s Purchasing Team of the Year in 2005.

Eric’s educational background has prepared him well to serve his clients. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Iowa. After several years of practical work experience, he earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, with an emphasis in Global Management.

Eric is connected across the country and international landscape. He remains active as a member in many associations as well as multiple volunteer efforts. He served on the Advisory Council for the Department of Management and Organizations at the University of Iowa, and he is certified in products from leading industry providers such as Personnel Dimensions International, LRMA, Zenger Miller, and Development Dimensions International. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Planning Society.

When Eric has a moment or two of free time he takes full advantage of the Rocky Mountains. He is an avid cyclist – both on road and off and competes each year in the Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Race. During the winter months Eric’s free time passion turns to skiing and snowboarding with his family.

Wayne Redovian

VP Of Operations

Wayne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with over twenty five years in Human Resource leadership roles at several multi-billion dollar corporations, including, U S WEST/Qwest, Dex Media and ServiceMagic/InterActive Corporation. Wayne has led key strategic functions in recruiting, executive search and staffing as well as workforce planning, HRIS, compensation, process and training/development.

Wayne found his passion in talent acquisition in 1996 and has successfully continued increasing his influence ever since. He has extensive hands-on experience in both the corporate and agency environments. Wayne has led domestic and international recruiting organizations which includes leading a large team of 68 recruiters across 17 recruiting offices. Wayne is process driven and operationally focused. He truly understands what it is like from a corporate client’s perspective along with their expectations when working with an executive retained search firm. He gets it. Wayne helps his clients succeed by helping them place the best possible candidates in the market for their critical executive roles.

Wayne’s clients love working with Wayne for his quickness, his sense of humor and delivering results ahead of expectations. In his spare time Wayne has a passion for skiing, especially moguls. He can be found on the slopes from October-May. During the off-snow season, Wayne is an avid mountain biker.

Education

Wayne has a Bachelor of Arts, in Economics from the California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Arts in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. Wayne also completed a graduate certificate program in Program Management at the University of Denver.

Andrew Roads

Research, Talent Athlete

Andy joined IPS in 2014 as an executive recruiter/researcher. Andy brings a solid recruiting background in both corporate and boutique search firm environments. With a specialization in healthcare, Andy’s experience with full life-cycle recruiting and client management is an excellent fit to the IPS team. Andy has recruited across North America for positions from entry level to the executive suite.

Having worked for both small and fortune 500 companies, his tenacity and approach to client satisfaction has led to a keen ability to cultivate and build relationships at every level. Andy graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.

In his free time, Andy coaches competitive soccer at the national level. He also enjoys mountain biking, swimming and watching Arsenal FC.

Stephanie Abbotts

HR Consultant And Administrator

Stephanie joined IPS in August of 2016 as our HR Consultant and Administrator.

Stephanie has over 28 years of experience in the Relocation industry at Fortune 500 companies such as US WEST, Qwest Communications and CenturyLink, where she started as a relocation assistant and worked her way up to Relocation Director.  Stephanie’s total client focused attitude and organizational skills have added significant value to all her client relationships.

Stephanie also brings with her experience in the third party relocation industry helping corporate America move their valuable talent by delivering expert counseling and excellent customer service to each client.  She understands the value of recruiting and hiring great talent.

Stephanie also functions as the office manager at IPS and in that capacity she touches each and every consulting project and search.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys photography, hiking, mountain biking and enjoying all Colorado has to offer.

John Estrada

Senior HR Consultant & Talent Management

John Estrada provides Human Resource and Talent Management Consulting, as well as Executive Coaching to clients looking for a competitive edge, in various global cultures and domains, with a straightforward voice, leaving them feeling empowered, focused, and successful.  

A business partner with extensive experience and knowledge of commercial and operational challenges, who happens to be a trusted human resource professional. Over thirty years of human resources, organizational development, and consulting experience. Multiple successes in the telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, transportation, energy, mining, and the education fields.  

 John’s specialties, both domestic and globally, include the following: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA),  Interim HR Support and leadership, Executive Coaching, Performance and Change Management.   

 John has solid support experience with Executive Search and staffing with a particular focus in the marketing, IT, technology, and human resources domains.  He is an excellent results-oriented career consulting demonstrated through numerous positive coaching and project outcomes.  

Education

John has a Bachelor of Science, in Community Service and Public Affairs from the University of Oregon..
