SITUATION

One of the largest non-OEM designer and manufacturer of aerostructures for commercial, military and business/regional jets in the world realized they did not have a strong group of internal candidates to move into leadership roles as the company grew.   The client turned to IPS to find industry experts to lead them into their next phase of greatness.

ACTION

Throughout the past 6 years IPS has successfully helped to grow leadership team. This included placing VP, Sr. Director, and Director level roles within their Engineering, Business Development, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain and Technology functions. Through these successful placements, the client was able to provide customers with high-quality, high-value, cost competitive products and services as well as focus on their main goal, lean manufacturing on a global scale.
